Step 1: HOW TO GET STARTED


Complete Your Residential Lease Application: 

 

Before scheduling tours, each occupant age 18 or older must complete our Residential Lease Application. This helps us confirm eligibility, understand your needs, and prepare you to move forward when you find the right home.

 


Please note: Each property has its own application process. Some require an online application, while others require a paper application. Each adult (18+) will typically complete the property's application and pay a non-refundable application fee (generally $35–$75, but fees vary).

 


This form allows our office to prepare rental documentation efficiently and position you to submit a strong application when the right home becomes available.

Step 2: SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
 

Please email the following documents to the agent currently assisting you or directly to nitrarealtygroup@gmail.com:

 

     Completed Lease Application

 

     • Driver's License or State ID


     • Proof of income for the past two months

      * W-2:  Two recent pay stubs
      * Self-employed/1099: Two recent bank statements


      Additional income documentation, if applicable


     Pet information (if applicable)


     Service or emotional support animal documentation (if applicable)

 

 

Step 3: SCHEDULE HOME TOURS
 

Once your completed Residential Lease Application has been submitted to your agent, you're ready to begin touring homes. Send us the properties you'd like to see along with your availability, and we'll help coordinate your tours.

 

Income Guideline: Most landlords require household income of approximately three (3) times the monthly rent.

 

Example: $2,000 rent = approximately $6,000 monthly household income.
