In cases where payment is not provided by these parties, you may be responsible for the broker’s fee, minus any received amounts.

 

To begin the process:

 

1. Application Fee: There is an application fee charged by the Listing Broker (usually between $35-$50 per person over 18 residing in the home). This fee covers credit checks, background verification, and employment/rental history. The fee is due when you decide to proceed with a specific property.

2. Schedule a Viewing: Once you identify homes of interest, simply inform us of your availability, and we will arrange a tour for you.

 

3. Required Documents Before Viewing:

 - Completed rental application – Download the blank application by clicking here .
- Copy of your Driver’s License or State ID.

- Most recent 2 check stubs or proof of income covering the last 2 months.

 

Please note: Landlords typically require household income to be at least three times the rental amount. For example, if the rent is $2,000 per month, the minimum household income required would be $6,000.
