Step 1: How to Get Started

Complete Your Residential Lease Application: 

 

Before scheduling home tours, all prospective tenants are asked to complete the Residential Lease Application. This helps confirm readiness, understand your needs, and prepare to move quickly if you find a home you’d like to lease.

 


Please note: When you decide to move forward with a specific property, the listing broker or property management company will typically require a formal application and non-refundable application fee, commonly ranging from $35–$75 per adult occupant, though fees may vary.

 


This form allows our office to prepare rental documentation efficiently and position you to move quickly when the right home becomes available.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

 

Please email the following documents to the agent currently assisting you or directly to anitra@nitrarealty.com:

 

• Copy of Driver’s License or State ID


• Most recent two pay stubs or proof of income covering the past 2 months


• Any additional supporting income documentation, if applicable

Step 3: Schedule Home Tours

 

Once your application is completed and submitted, let us know which homes you’re interested in and your availability for tours. We’ll coordinate the showings and guide you through the next steps of the process.

Step 4: Income Guidelines

 

Most landlords require household income of approximately 3 times the monthly rent.

 


Example:
$2,000/month rent = approximately $6,000/month household income.
